Description:
As my first leadership project, I have worked on JFK Roadways from the very start. Starting with Pre Bid operations to a current job support role, I was responsible for overseeing existing conditions modeling, ATC development, and efficiency planning. Skanska excelled in these areas, winning the bid due to our unique solutions, organized approach, and willingness to embrace new technologies. After award, I worked closely with design firms to establish processes for meeting the rigorous, industry-leading BIM spec of the PA. Additionally, we worked internally to prepare for efficient construction practices and eliminate surprises with a digital twin of the construction site.
Once ground was broken, I developed an automated script to populate our 5D model with accurate, and ever-changing schedule information. As work continues, I maintain the 5D model, collect as-builts, and leverage new technologies to streamline the on-site work. This has included setting up a drone program, building an as-built process that includes the use of Trimble 3D LiDAR scanners, and leveraging a multitude of design softwares to provide our workforce with a safe and predictable job site.
Nondisclosure Agreement: I will only include details / images of work that is public information.
